What is included in the price


The price includes:
o The Product(s)
o Certificate of Authenticity
o National delivery (i.e. delivery within Croatia)
o Frame(s) in cooperation with Arting Frame Atelier


The price does not include:
o Other certificates
o Special arrangements
o International delivery (i.e. delivery outside Croatia - postage will be paid by the ordering party according to the valid post tariff)
o Frame(s) in special arrangements


Methods of Payment

o Payment on delivery (Croatia only)
o Bank transfer to our account at the Reiffeisen Bank Croatia (details will be received upon order and all bank charges shall be paid by the ordering party) -please choose payment on delivery and request a bank trasfer payment in the comments box - both domestic and international orders
o Credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners), upon authorisation through the secure Ouroboros Payment gateway - in USD, EUR or HRK (Kuna, Croatian national currency)
o Cheques (products will be sent after validation)

Currency clause:
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.’

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to A1 Gallery or to products you purchase through A1 Gallery shall be submitted to confidential arbitration at the County Court in Zagreb.
